RAFEA proudly announces that its petition for a Certification Election has been officially granted by the Department of Labor and Employment - Bureau of Labor Relations (DOLE-BLR). This marks a major milestone in RAFEA’s pursuit of formal recognition as the exclusive bargaining representative of rank-and-file employees. The success of this petition reflects the collective will and initiative of RAFEA in championing the rights and welfare of its members.

Certificate of Registration
The Certification of Registration issued by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and acknowledged by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) officially recognizes the Rank-and-File Employees Association (RAFEA) as a legitimate employees’ organization in the public sector. This document affirms RAFEA’s legal personality to represent its members, engage in collective negotiations, and promote the rights and welfare of government employees within the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration. It serves as a formal acknowledgment of RAFEA’s compliance with all organizational, documentary, and representational requirements under existing labor and civil service laws.
